If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition (with all original packaging) and we will refund the full purchase price based on the price of the original item/s. Any return costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
So what does this mean?
The 14 days are business days. Therefore, if you receive an item, and you are not happy with the quality please re-use the original packaging and send the item back. It is requested that you do 2 things before you take this action:
- Contact Tieland.com.au by telephone or email using the Contact Us details to let us know of the problem.
- Send the item back. You have the choice of a replacement of the item for an identical item at no extra cost or a refund of the item. It is advisable that the items be returned "Registered post" as Australia Post can and do lose items on occasion. This is why we also offer registered post as an added option for your purchases.
Prices and Orders
All the ties listed on Tieland have FREE delivery. Therefore, if the item is advertised at $14 and you make a purchase, $14 will be deducted from your account and your tie will be on its way.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Orders are restricted to Australia unless special prior arrangements are made. Use the Contact Us information if you wish to consider ordering from outside Australia.
If you wish to order a large quantity of ties (20 or more) or want to make a bulk order of the same design / colour contact Tieland direct by email or telephone to discuss this. Discounts off our already low prices will be offered for purchases of 20 or more. Again, use the Contact Us information.
All information contained on the website is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. However, naturally errors and/or omissions may occur. Tieland.com.au reserves the right to modify any information (including product descriptions and pricing) without notice.
All orders should be considered to be an offer by the customer to purchase at the listed price (plus any extra costs selected by the purchaser). Tieland.com.au reserves the right to refuse any order, in such a case the customer will be notified and the situation explained.
Method of delivery will depend on the amount of stock ordered. Single items will be sent in a "large envelope" whereas orders of generally 3 or more will be sent in a parcel. All of our deliveries are sent in generic boxes or envelopes with no company logo or advertising. This will be to reduce theft of an item that is delivered but not picked up straight away. Also, the return address will only bear the initials of "TMT" followed by the address. This is again to keep the sender anonymous.
Delivery Time
Please allow 4-7 business days for the delivery of your purchase. This figure is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed in every case.
All items sent are stamped with the date they are posted. This will indicate the first day of the 14 days if a return needs to be processed. All delivery time stamps are the date the items are entered into the postal system.
Remember that as a buyer, you have the option of selecting "Registered Post" for a small fee. This will allow you the buyer to sign for the delivery and have a guarantee that it is received.
It is sometimes easier to have items delivered to your place of work so keep this in mind when making your order.
If you the buyer choose to not pay extra for "Registered Post" than your purchase will be sent as regular post by default. Any lost or undelivered items will therefore be the responsibility of the purchaser, and any enquiries or investigations will be between the purchaser and Australia Post. However a representative of Tieland.com.au will try to assist in the best possible way they can.
